In the ARISTOIL Capitalisation project, financed by ERASMUS+ programme we are putting a lot of effort to promote practices for the production of extra virgin olive oil of very high quality and use Health Claim of Olive Oil as a marketing tool for stakeholders in the field of olive oil production and trading. For this reason we are organising a WEBINAR on EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL PROCESS AND HEALTH CLAIMS OF OLIVE OIL AS A MARKETING TOOL.

This presentation will give brief information about research strategies of the General Directorate of Agricultural Research and Policies, R&D projects (including olive, olive oil etc.), our institutes and their research strategies. Brief information about Turkey production data of olive and olive oil, olive planting data, general harvesting techniques etc. may be given. (approximately 20 min)
