Local producers took part to an info day in Ariohori Messinias, Peloponnese in 26 September 2020. The visitors had the opportunity to get informed about ARISTOILCAP, extract and taste early harvested olive oil using the portable olive mill of ARISTOIL.The portable olive mill is still used for experimentation with small quantities of olive oil which is extracted in various periods and from various trees in order to explore further the factors that affect the taste and phenolic content of olive oil.
