A seminar was held with the participation of olive farmers and olive oil producer hosted by Geyikli Municipality within the scope of the project “Enhancing the Capacity of Stakeholders for Health Declared Olive Oil”. The Seminar’s objective had been the introduction to the project and basic training on olive oil production of high quality (24.08.2020). Organic olive cultivation and organic olive oil production are also spoken with biggest producers of Geyikli. Processes techniques for high quality olive oil was presented. On-site training and inspection was also carried out within the factory (25.08.2020).
