The first meeting of the project ARISTOIL Capitalisation, financed by the ERASMUS+ programme, took place in Athens, on the 10th February 2020. Representatives from the six partners from Greece, Italy and Turkey, gathered to discuss the state of the art of olive production in the Mediterranean, the results achieved by past projects related to olive oil production and how they can build on existing knowledge in order to increase knowledge capacity of stakeholders in their countries and improve quality of produced olive oil. The partnership aims to develop e-learning material for olive oil sector’s stakeholders taking advantage from the results of projects already completed successfully such as ARISTOIL (Interreg Med).
